Here is a great way to build a network of websites, earning a nice a Page Rank without spending any money. A Page Rank determines the importance and popularity of a website based on the quality of websites and linking to and from the site. The score is 0-10. (One resource has an upgraded one service costing $9.99 per month, and additionally you will have an option to purchase your own domain name, of which neither are necessary).

This is a great program where anyone can build a multi-page hosted website (your home page) and a blog at no cost. Your website will be published under a sub-domain (of your choice) of Weebly. You also have an option to register your own domain within the Weebly website. There are many options available to enhance your new website, such as: Text and Picture, Columns, Video, File, Google Maps, AdBrite Ads. Feed Reader, Post To Social Networking Sites, Insert Paypal Button and more!
You can change headers/designs instantly. Simply choose the template you want, and click! Weebly is my preferred How To Make A Website Without Money builder being extremely easy to use, with clean templates. A first website can be built in a couple of hours.
Squidoo:
Squidoo Lenses (Web Pages) are very easy to build and loved by the Google Search Engine! Additionally this large website has great traffic of it’s own! You have many options such as: Capsules (sections), Images, Video, Post to Social Networking Sites, and much more! Google AdSense Ads are placed within the pages, offering additional income for yourself, your business or charity donations. Squidoo is a very friendly community, and a preference second to Weebly.
Hub Pages: (Similar to Squidoo)
These fun to build web pages have a very professional, clean look, and again are loved by the search engines. They also receive heavy traffic. Some options are: Images, Video, and more. You again will have the opportunity to earn royalties through Google Adsense Ads.
US Free Ads:
This is an online classifieds service owned and loved by Google. Often, classified ads are published by additional classified sites at no charge. Available is an upgrade of $9.99 per month, offering a mini site builder and the posting of images. You can even add an opt-in if you wish. Here we can place unlimited classified ads, and this website alone has plenty of traffic. This is a great starting point for new internet marketers. You will become familiar with an HTML editor of you choose the upgrade subscription of $9.99 per month.
However, for users of McAfee Security, the Site Advisor check marks US Free Ad Listings as a yellow caution. I do not yet know if this would affect the traffic, but feel the link a US Free Ad classified ad to the website helps with the Page Rank.
